Customer Service / Inside Sales

Position Details

Support our outside sales representatives and the clients/prospects they work with our Birmingham facility.
Answer customer calls, take orders
Position includes order taking, estimating, vendor sourcing and working closely with the outside sales team to service our existing clients as well as obtaining new clients.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Minimum 2 years customer service experience
Have worked with both outside sales people and customers alike
Must be a dependable, self-starter and have the ability to work in a team environment.
This position demands strong organizational skills
Must have a working knowledge of outlook and that can learn our customized software order entry system
Good communication skills
Positive attitude
The ability to work well with others is mandatory
Distribution or packaging experience not required, but helpful
