and paint related materials. All boxes for gallon cans may

certified with a UN steel pail rated with a specific gravity
of 1.6. It is certified for Packing Groups II and III. It
can also be used as an overpack for plastic or steel pails.

new 5-gallon overpack box is a safe and economical way to ship
5-gallon pails. By using this box as an overpack for pail shipments,
it allows the shipper to avoid the UPS pail charge. The box
is certified for packing groups II and III when using a UN
steel pail, and can be used as an overpack with any 5-gallon
pail. To be shipped as a UN package you must use the proper
inner container.
